More than two-thirds of our staff have been with us a decade or longer, well beyond the industry average. All employees participate in twice-monthly trainings designed to expand skills and reaffirm safe work practices. Training topics include: disease and pest identification, irrigation troubleshooting, proper chemical application, natural shrub pruning, and proper blowing techniques. All staff take on a shared responsibility to ensure efforts are tailored to site-specific needs and customer priorities.
